Crossing Guard
Flowing Wells School District seeks a caring Crossing Guard to help children cross safely, follow signals, and work with a friendly, supportive team.
Salary:
$15.80 per hour
Terms/Benefits:
2026-2027 School Year
10 month position - After School
Positions under 30 hours per week do not qualify for benefits
General Information:
Assists children in safely crossing thoroughfares.
Qualifications & Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists children through intersections and thoroughfares at established crosswalks.
Instructs children in appropriate signals and directs them in accordance with traffic signals.
Alerts motorists to the presence of children by displaying appropriate signs.
Places and removes school zone signs.
Reports motorists who violate school zone traffic laws to school administrator.
