Qualifications:
Degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
Valid Speech Language Pathologist license from the Arizona Department of Health Services.
Valid Arizona Department of Education Speech Language Pathologist Certificate.
Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance card.
Certificate of Clinical Competency preferred.
One (1) year clinical experience required.
